Warranty Policy

1. Scope

Applies to machinery and equipment designed, manufactured or supplied by Viettung, unless otherwise specified in the contract.

2. Warranty period

Equipment is warranted for 12 months from the date of acceptance and handover. Consumables (gaskets, belts, fuses, etc.) are not covered.

3. Warranty coverage

During the warranty period, Viettung repairs or replaces free of charge any components that fail due to material or manufacturing defects. Response time for warranty requests: within 24 working hours; on-site presence (if required) within 3 working days for Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces.

4. Exclusions

• Damage caused by operation contrary to instructions;
• Unauthorized modification of the equipment;
• Power supply incidents or natural disasters;
• Natural wear and tear.

5. After the warranty period

Viettung continues to provide paid repair services and spare parts throughout the equipment lifecycle.
